| Can you not devise some plan
by which the Telegraph wire & insulators can be gotten from the depot
opposite Hancock if it is still there. |
| I am afraid that we shall not
be able to get enough for the Romney line without some trouble. I will
pay any expenses that may be incurred in getting any wire or insulators. |
