| Having no govt cotton in our yard we yesterday
dispatched a train to Wilmington for private parties we have now
fifty loaded cars at Florence which we desire to take through &
thus release them. As soon as these cars are returned to us we will
cheerfully yield one half of each train to you please order the next
five trains of ours arriving in Wilmington exempt from seizure |
