| Plans for getting all
freights through nearly complete. It is necessary that Dr. W. S.
Morris, president telegraph company, Lynchburg, shall without delay
connect the Knoxville depot of East Tennessee & Virginia
Railroad by telegraph with Bristol {termination
of the Virginia & Tennessee RR}, and also establish a
telegraph office at Mossy Creek, in East Tennessee. Please order
them to do this. |
