the road {the East Tennessee & Virginia
RR} as soon as I can possibly perfect an arrangement to run
it. Mr. Langdon, agent of the quartermaster-general, and Major
Wallace, president East Tennessee & Georgia Railroad, are now
aiding to perfect arrangements. |
