| To Delinquent Stockholders Savannah, Albany
& Gulf Railroad Company |
| At a meeting of the Board of
Directors of the above Company, held on the 18th day of November the
following resolution was passed: |
| Resolved, That all
Shares in the Stock of this Company remaining unpaid in full on the 1st
of December next, shall be forfeited to the Company. |
