| The annual meeting of the
Stockholders of this Company will be held at Allen dale, Barnwell
District, on Wednesday, the 10th day of August, at 10 o'clock a. m. |
| The usual election of officers for the
ensuing year will be held, and a statement of the affairs of the
company submitted. |
