| Notice to Stockholders and Directors |
| A meeting of the Stockholders
of the Shelby & Broad River Railroad will be held at the works of
the Magnetic Iron Company, at Cherokee Ford, S. C., on Thursday, the
8th December, at 11 a. m. |
| After the meeting of
Stockholders, a meeting of the Directors will be held at the same
place. |
