| State Convention |
| The Convention assembled in
this city , on Wednesday, the 11th inst., and was temporarily
organized by calling C. Peoples, Esq., of Monroe, to the Chair, and
appointing Messrs. Sloan of Muscogee and Hall of Richmond,
Secretaries. |
| The Counties being called, the
following delegates appeared and took their seats: |
