| Mr. Headen introduced a resolution to
instruct the special committee to whom was referred the subject of
connecting the Deep River Coalfields with the railroad system of the
State {Chatham RR}, to report also the
expediency of establishing a manufacture of arms and munitions of war at
or near the said Coalfields, and the resolution was adopted. |
