| The Senate then resumed the
consideration of the bill providing for the construction of a railroad
connection between the Orange & Alexandria, Manassas Gap, and Richmond,
Fredericksburg & Potomac railroad. The Senate was addressed in favour of
the bill by Mr. Isbell; and, pending its consideration and discussion,
adjourned. |
