| Our Police Jury have very
sensibly suggested that the portion of the Vicksburg, Shreveport & Texas
Railroad lying west of Red River, secede from the eastern portion. |
| Good idea; perhaps then, we
can complete, some day, our portion to the advantage of Shreveport. By
all means secede, but don't fight about it. |
