| I have had an interview with a
citizen of Clark county, Va. {which includes
Winchester}, who reached our lines four days since.
He was three days in Winchester, *****. The debris of the
locomotives brought from Martinsburg was still in the place, and no
efforts had yet been made to extend the railroad to Strasburg. |
