| Notice to Stockholders |
| At a meeting of the Board of
Directors of the Tennessee & Alabama Railroad Company, at their office
in Franklin, on the 2d day of April, 1861, a call on the unpaid
subscriptions to the capital stock of the Company, was ordered to be
paid to the Treasurer at his office in Franklin, as follows, to-wit: |
| Two dollars per share, to be
paid on the first Monday in June, 1861. |
| Two dollars per share, to be
paid on the first Monday in July, 1861. |
| Two dollars per share, to be
paid on the first Monday in August, 1861. |
| Two dollars per share, to be
paid on the first Monday in September, 1861. |
| Two dollars per share, to be
paid on the first Monday in October, 1861. |
| Two dollars per share, to be
paid on the first Monday in November, 1861. |
