| A meeting of the Directors and
Officers of this Company, was held at their Office, in this City, on
Monday and Tuesday. |
| It was, we learn, decided to
commence work on the Western Division, immediately, and the Engineer
authorized to advertise for bids. |
| The contract between Waddle,
Black & Co., was mutual abrogated. |
| Mr. S. Martin, was elected
Secretary, and a better selection could not have been made by the
Company for this office. |
| We call the attention of Rail
Road Contractors to the advertisement of the Engineer in another
column. |
