   1. The following prices having been adopted by the Commissioners of the State of Texas, will remain in force until further orders:

   Schedule of prices adopted by commissioners for the State of Texas, to take effect, and be in force on the first day of September, 1864. Schedule for August 1st, ultimo, is hereby adopted, and re-affirmed, and will remain in force till further notice, except in the following articles:
