| Bridges Rebuilt |
| The Knoxville Register, of Tuesday, is
pleased to hear that the passenger train from Bristol on the upper
road {East Tennessee & Virginia RR}, passed over the bridge at Strawberry Plains on Monday.
Communication eastward is now open as the other bridges destroyed by
the late raiders have been rebuilt several days. |
