| The Chatham Railroad |
| Mr. Fowle, Commoner from Wake, has
introduced a bill authorizing a State subscription of $10,000 per mile,
payable as each section of 10 miles is graded and ready for the
superstructure. The Public Treasurer to pay the subscription by sale of
$500 and $1000 Bonds, not to exceed in the aggregate $500,000. |
