| The Annual Meeting of the Stockholders of
this Company will be held at Allendale, S. C., on Wednesday, the 12th
day of August, at 10 o'clock, a. m., when a statement of the condition
of the affairs of the road will be submitted. |
| Stockholders who have paid in full, will
please bring their Instalment Receipts to be exchanged for the new
Script, which the Treasurer will be prepared to issue. |
| The Board of Directors are hereby notified
to meet at the same place on Tuesday, the 11th August, at 10 o'clock, a.
m., precisely. |
