| Augusta, Ga., July 3d, 1862 |
| The annual meeting of the stockholders of
this Company, for the Election of Officers, &c., will be held at
Allendale, So. Ca., on Wednesday, the 13th day of August next, at 12
o'clock, m. |
| Matters of importance to the interests of
the Company will be considered, and those persons who cannot attend
had better appoint proxies. |
| The usual Annual Meeting of the Directors
will also be held at the same place on the 13th, previous to the hour
of Stockholders' Meeting. |
