| Stockholder's Notice |
| The annual meeting of the stockholders of
the Shelby & Broad River Railroad will be held at the Works of the
Magnetic Iron Company, at Cherokee Ford, South Carolina
{about 6 miles south east of Gaffney, S. C.},
on Thursday, May the 5th, at 11 a. m. |
| At the same time and place an election
will be held for Directors to serve for the ensuing year. |
