| Bridges Rebuilt |
| The Knoxville Register of
Tuesday is pleased to hear that the passenger train from Bristol, on
the upper road {the East Tennessee &
Virginia RR}, passed over the bridge at Strawberry Plains on
Monday. Communication eastward is now open, as the other bridges
destroyed by the late raiders have been rebuilt several days. |
