accordance with my instructions, removed the Engine, Tender and nine
cars from Harper's Ferry and by direction of Colonel Ashby, removed a
large amount of Old Copper Lead and Iron work of different
description. |

forwarded to Lieutenant Colonel Gorgas, Chief of Ordnance, the other
material is here subject to your order. |
