| I have ordered Forage trains
on the two Roads {probably the Mobile & Ohio
RR and the Memphis & Charleston RR}, with requisite numbers
of Cars, & appointed an Agent with negro forces to attend to the
loading of Forage. There shall be no delay hereafter. |
