| Sgt. J. L. Sheppard
{Shepherd?} Co. H. 25th So. Ca. regt.
Hagoods Brigade, now at Jackson Hospital 4th Division of tents, has been
recommended for light duty by the board of surgeons. I respectfully
apply for his assignment to duty with Capt. C. C. Sims A. Q. M. Augusta
Ga, during his disability. Sheppard is a very efficient transportation
clerk in which capacity he served previous to the war & his services are
needed very much at Augusta. |
