deliver iron work for cars at certain periods and payment is to be
made on your certification that the work is good & up to contract. |
| John D. Gray is to build the cars and you
are also to inspect them and certify to their condition. |
| Capt. G. A. Cuyler is ordered to Columbus
to take charge of the property and pay the bills. You will please
confer with him. |
