| para. 2. of the plan referred to ??? that the normal
??? ??? shall be made out by you for each car and engine by RRoad. |
| para. 9. The railroads are not responsible for freight
in ??? cars after placing them at the usual point of unloading, except
the railroad employees unreasonably delay the unloading. |
| My idea is that the cars shall, as soon as
possible, ??? ??? be placed at the usual point of unloading and the
unloading shall be done immediately. I wish to increase promptness
above all things. |
