| I would respectfully ask your
approval of an agreement with the Richmond & Fredericksburg
Railroad Co {Richmond, Fredericksburg &
Potomac RR} to do Government transportation at the Columbia
rates (established on the 13th April) with 25% twenty five per cent
added. These rates to take effect from 1st April. |
