approval an Agreement entered into by direction under authority from
you, between Captain F P Clark Asst Quarter Master and the President of
the Winchester & Potomac Rail Road Company for the transfer of Rail Road
Iron taken by Mr Sharp Agt of the Confederate States from the Baltimore
& Ohio Road. |
