| Thos. R. Sharp Esq |
| is hereby empowered on be half of the
Confederate States, to remove the Cars and Engines that belonged to
the Balto & Ohio Rail Road, from all practical points to
Strasburg. |
| Mr. Sharp will procure the necessary
appliances to enable him to perform the duties entrusted to him, which
it is expected he will conduct with strict economy. |
| Enclosed is a memo of the means required
for the above work. |
