| It is my duty to inform you, that the regulations
require that you should send an account to this office showing what
public property has been received, what disposition has been made of it
and if sold an account of sales and the authority for such sale. |
| I will thank you to send also one of each of the
receipts of the several officers to whom the funds for such sale have
been paid, that you may be credited for the proceeds of sale, and those
officers charged with the funds. |
