| Mr. Dudley, Prest. of Y. R. R. Road {Richmond
& York River RR} notifies me that he is prepared to rent an
Engine and train of Cars to run to any point South that may be
desired. I will be glad to have you see him at once, and if a fair
contract can be made, send the Engine and train off to work on the
route between Wilmington and Richmond, most probably between Weldon
& Petersburg. |
