| Mr. Seixas has been directed to turn over
400 B/c {bales of cotton, probably} to
Capt. Sims, at Augusta, to be transported to Major Cameron himself,
at Wilmington. |
| Please do all in
your power to secure its delivery there by the 10th instant, as I have
assured Maj. C. who writes in behalf of Power, Lowe & Co. that
everything that could be done should be, to insure the receipt of the
cotton by that time. |
