| In reply to yours of 1st instant reporting
that there is a large quantity of iron, chairs & spikes along the
extension of the Manassas Gap R. Road I have to direct, that you take
immediate steps to collect the same as early as practicable, making
report to this office of the amount thus collected & retain it on
hand, subject to the orders of this Bureau. |
