enemy all the rolling stock at Savannah not absolutely necessary to
work the limited extent of Road now available on the Central
{(of Georgia)} &
{Atlantic &} Gulf Roads should be removed at once by Charleston to Columbia. Please
show this to the Military Commander if necessary. |
