an account in favor of Jesse Brillhart with a copy of certificate
accompanying it signed by C. H. Manson for you, which has been left at
this office for settlement. |

account is correct and just, that you will transmit to this office a
certified account, that the claimant may be paid. |
| Your earliest attention to this matter is

| The claimant admits that the property has
been returned and only claims the hire amounting to #39. |
