| Both Engines & Cars are needed on the East
Tenn & Va RR for the transportation service of the Govt. 7 engines & 70
Cars are required. You are instructed to make immediate effort to obtain
from the Western & Atlantic RR Co of Georgia & the Mobile & Ohio RR by
contract the Engines & Cars required. If unable to obtain them by
contract impress them. |
