| Directs the Telegraph wire R. R. iron &
materials be sent to Winchester for safe keeping. The RR iron necessary
for Winchester & Potomac RR may be disposed of to that Company with
certain stipulations. The President of Southern telegraph Companies is
to be informed of the wire & materials at Winchester to be available as
required. Military protection is granted Mr Sharp Agt. Q. M. Dept. in
the pursuance of his duties. |
