| Wishing to know whether the building of
cars under present circumstances in Georgia shall be proceeded with &
suggesting that Maj J. M. Hottel superintend the work & that his
certified vouchers be acknowledgment of the work to be paid by two
disbursing officers to be named by the QMG one in Columbia
{must be an error for Columbus} Ga for wood
work & one in Selma Ala for Iron Works. |
