| Respectfully returned to QM Genl. If Mr
Jordan case makes it appear that he returned the property on 22 Sept. He
should pay up to that day & no longer. He should also be allowed to
settle at the rates agreed upon by arbiters. The fact that the Ala & Fla
RR continues to charge Mr Jordan for use of engines & cars when he has
no use or control of them is a private matter & even that does not come
within the jurisdiction of this Department. |
