| Relating to the difficulty of getting
transportation for Navy cotton and asking that a special train be
designated for the purpose, as is done for others. |

the Navy Dept should be as simmulate in privilege to the War Dept and if
a special train has been allowed to the War Dept, it should be specially
shared with the Navy or a like one of less but fair proportionate
freightage be allowed to the War {should be Navy}
