78 pr car wheels which he will increase to 600 pr if protection be
approved {the total would be enough for 45 cars}
him which he has been promised him by Col Payne Comdg Warrenton
RRd. Will turn over to H D Bird Supt SS RRd {South
Side RR} 50 pr wheels upon requisition of Capt Morfit, the
balance will be sent to Capt Sharp Raleigh if not otherwise ordered. |
