| States that Maj Mims in auditing a/c of N.
O. Jackson & Great Northern RR Co allowed but 2 cents per mile for each
passenger instead of 3 cents, the amount allowed other railroads &
requests a/c of that Co be returned to Maj Mims with orders to allow 3
cents per mile for transportation of each soldier. |
