| In accordance with instructions from Maj.
F. W. Sims Q. M., I hereby certify that the inclosed estimate of work
done by Montgomery & Eufaula Railroad Co. in building the Railroad
through the City of Montgomery, Ala. is correct and in accordance with
agreement signed by Lewis Owen Prest. Montgomery & Eufaula R. Road
Co. and Maj. F. W. Sims Q. M. C. S. A. and the amount due the said
Rail Road Co. for said work is ($11,505.28) Eleven thousand five
hundred and five 28/100 Dollars. |
