addressed by this Bureau to the Hon. Sec. of War in regard to making
an advance to the Georgia & Ala. R. Rd. Co. for the construction
of that portion of the Blue Mountain & Rome Rail Road lying in
Georgia. The above letter with a copy of endorsements by the Hon. Sec.
of War & His Excellency the President also enclosed will furnish
you with all necessary information on the subject. |
