| Your note of this morning in reference to
the additional negro force needed for the repairs of the R{ichmond} &
Petersburg R. R. has been recd and in accordance with instructions of
the Hon Secy of War, I have called on Col. Stevens to have fifty
additional hands in readiness tomorrow morning at 6 o'clock at the
Petersburg depot with overseer, rations, &c. |
