| The Secretary of War decided that the two
hundred and twenty thousand dollars ($220,000) will be loaned to your
road for preparation of road way {for the Blue
Mountain extension}, including delivery of cross ties, but the
Government cannot contract to furnish the iron. A further loan may be
made if your company can procure the iron. |
