inst. in reference to the probable necessity which will arise for
reconstructing certain R. R. bridges in Tennessee has been recd and I
have addressed a letter to Capt L. P. Grant at Atlanta for information
as to the possibility of collecting timber &c at Macon Ga. with a
view to framing those Bridges beforehand. |
