| Under instructions from the Maj Genl Comdg
you will proceed to Zollicoffer Tenn to take the command of the Cos
under command of Capts Hart & Kitchen. Repair as much as may be deemed
necessary of the E. Tenn & Va RR. You will be assisted in this by the
Prest of the Va & Tenn RR and will cooperate with him as far as you can.
The object being to open the E. Tenn & Va RR as far as Carter Depot or
further, as soon as practicable. |
