recommendation of Maj F. W. Sims Q. M. the Q. M. General has approved
the rates laid down in the accompanying letter {not
found} for Govt transportation on the Alabama & Tennessee
River Railroad to take effect from date of last settlement. |
| You will accordingly audit the accounts of
the Company at those rates. |
