| I am now sending to Strasburg a lot of 80
B&O RR House and Gondola Cars all in good order and can arrange to make
some arrangement with the Roads from Richmond to Strasburg for the use
of them |
| Can dispose of them to the said roads at
valuation payable to the Confederate States in the transportation of
troops and army supplies |
